In today’s world it can be easy to blame other’s for our lack of success. The excuses can pile up when it comes to getting involved in a fitness program. People blame work, your kids and your spouse but the responsibility lies squarely on you. What are you doing right now? Could you be doing something active? A ton of us look for excuses to not get started.
The key is people don’t focus on the benefits of being in better shape. You will be more productive at work. less sick days. You will be more active with your children. You will look better to your spouse. These are the positives.
So when you start looking for excuses instead look to the benefits. I hope this helps in getting you on the right road. I hope to see you in the gym.
Keep your hands up,
