Variety Is The Key To Fitness and Self Defense

One of the biggest thing that stops people from working out is boredom.  Going on the same life cycle and doing the same weight routine every day can get you to stop getting results.  Your body can actually stop getting results due to the same mundane routine.   If you want to see results on a regular basis you need to change up your routine quite regularly.

The same can be said about your self defense.  If you only work on your stand up martial arts what are you going to do if your fight goes to the ground?  If you do 100% of your training on the ground, how can you defend your self in a situation that requires you to react while standing up?
