I need to get into shape before I come to your gym, is a very common response from former members. A lot of them remember the hard workouts but forget how they started. No one ever lights the world on fire their first day back in the gym. . It’s very understandable everyone wants to be at the peak they once were when they come back. Reality is it takes time to come back. The bottom line is to remember, no one is looking at you when they are working out, they are all focused on their own workout. My response is instead of waiting to get in shape before you come in, come in now and start getting in shape. Take is slow, there is no rush. Just be consistent and you will return to where you were in NO TIME. So my words of wisdom to you is don’t put if off any longer, YOU CAN DO IT!!
