If you are a female who wants to get fit and learn self defense, then look no further than Girlbox. As opposed to most cardio kick boxing type classes taught by aerobics instructors, Girlbox is taught by a former Golden Gloves boxer. Girls will learn footwork, technique and how to hit the bags. You will go through a many exercises of a boxer IE push-ups, sit ups, squats and other great fitness exercises that will get your hear pumping. You don’t have to be a guy to enjoy this boxing workout. Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 am . Come in and try a class and get in the best shape of your life. I will see you in the gym.
