John Shaddock started wrestling at age 3. To this day the wrestling workout is the most grueling workout in sports. I would say second to wrestling is boxing. Both of these sports got me in the best shape of my life. Having been in some form of combat sports or martial arts I had decided to create a class that combined the best exercises from each form of self defense and combine it into the ultimate workout.
