If you are looking for a workout to burn off lots of calories then you need to look for a boxing fitness class. At Shaddock MMA Fitness are fitness classes all include some form of boxing fitness. We don’t just do shadow boxing like the “Tae Bo” style of class but actually punch bags like at a traditional boxing gym. As most boxing fitness classes are taught by aerobics instructors, the classes at Shaddock MMA Fitness are taught by former Golden gloves boxer and New England Diamond Belt champion John Shaddock.
